Matcha Making Set
This little grey bag comes with everything you need for making the perfect bowl of matcha.
It includes 30g of Matsu-no-shiro ceremonial matcha from Uji (the very same kind we use for our tea ceremonies here at Camellia), 1 tea whisk and 1 tea scoop. There is also a small instruction card to tell you the best way to prepare matcha, and how to care for your items.
30g of matcha powder is enough for 15 bowls of tea. Typically matcha will keep fresh for 3 months. After this time is does not go bad, but rather begins to lose its flavour. Once opened, we advise to keep it in the fridge to help is stay fresher for longer.
