Camellia has two teahouses in Kyoto. Please check carefully which teahouse your booking is for.

Your booking confirmation and reminder email (sent 1 day before your tea ceremony) will include a link to Google Maps and the address of the teahouse your ceremony will take place.

Garden Teahouse is located to the north west of Kyoto, across the road from Ryoan-ji temple.
Flower Teahouse is on Ninenzaka in east Kyoto, down a small alleyway beside the Studio Ghibli store.

The team at Camellia all speak English, so if you have difficulty finding the teahouse please give us a call on 075-525-3238.

By Bus…

Higashiyama Yasui Bus Stop (Bus 86・206・207) is a 10 minute walk away.
Kiyomizu-michi Bus Stop (Bus 206・207・100) is a 10 minute walk away.

By Taxi…

Please tell your taxi driver to take you to ‘Park Hyatt Hotel, Ninenzaka’.
With the hotel on your left walk up Ninenzaka, passing the Studio Ghibli store on your right. Go down the first alley to your right… we are at the end.

By Train…

Keihan Gion Shijo Station is a 15 minute walk away.
Higashiyama Station and Sanjo Keihan Station on the Tozai Subway Line are a 15 minute walk away.
