Accessibility at Camellia

At Camellia we want all our experiences to be as inclusive as possible.

The tearooms at Flower Teahouse are located upstairs, making wheelchair access impossible, but Garden Teahouse is fully accessible to wheelchairs.

Traditional Japanese houses are slightly raised above the ground, but we have a detachable ramp to help wheelchair users (and those with mobility issues) access the tearoom.

Other smaller ramps are available to navigate the shallow steps from road to gate.
